Unlike generic web survey applications with limited reporting capabilities, the AlphaMeasure Employee Survey System was specifically designed for HR professionals to gauge employee satisfaction and increase employee engagement and retention.

AlphaMeasure's intuitive scoring methodology provides quick reference in understanding the results of your employee survey.

For each core competency included in your survey, AlphaMeasure generates a report showing how your company measured in that organizational topic.

AlphaMeasure also determines an overall core score for each competency by calculating a mean analysis against your responses.

AlphaMeasure's report filtering (cross-tabulation) functionality allows you to see the core score for a specific division, department, or demographic within your organization.

We generate a Base Questions Report to cover how your organization measured within the base question set. Being more general in nature, the base questions are written to cover a broad range of topics and ensure that each survey launched is well rounded.

In addition to each question's individual breakdown, this report performs a mean analysis on the entire set to determine an overall base score. AlphaMeasure's report-filtering capabilities allow you to see the base score for a specific division, department, or demographic within your organization.

Both the Advanced and Premium survey packages include the Employee Engagement Report, which is based on a set of four questions specifically written to investigate employee engagement levels.

Employee engagement is the level of commitment an employee has toward the organization. Primary behaviors of engaged employees include speaking positively about the organization to coworkers, potential employees and customers; having a strong desire to be a member of the organization; and exerting extra effort to contribute to the organization’s success.

This report also provides an overall engagement score.

An individual question report will be generated for each custom question included in your survey. In the Advanced and Premium survey package levels, AlphaMeasure's report-filtering functionality allows you to see responses from specific divisions, departments, or demographics.

Organizational reporting provides a bird's-eye view into the divisions and departments that have responded to your survey. This report returns both the number of responses collected and the corresponding percentage of the total for each organizational unit.

If your company is split into divisions, a departmental report is generated for each division within your organization. If your company is not split into divisions, a single departmental report is generated for your entire organization.

If you choose not to include the demographic question set in your survey, demographic reporting or filtering will not be available.
