Employee Survey Package Levels


Each AlphaMeasure package level includes a different number of employee survey core competencies and custom questions for your survey.

The Basic Package includes six core competencies and eight custom questions; the Advanced Package provides 12 core competencies and 14 custom questions; and the Premium Package features all 16 core competencies as well as 18 custom questions.

The Advanced and Premium packages include the additional view of filtered (cross-tabulated) reports by your organization's divisions and departments or demographics. AlphaMeasure's Employee Engagement Report, a powerful tool for measuring employee engagement levels, is another feature only available in the Advanced and Premium survey package levels.

Don’t worry if you are not sure which package level your organization needs because you can always change it prior to launching your survey.
