Use the Display Questions Per Page setting to tell AlphaMeasure how many questions to display on each page of your survey. By default, new surveys will display 5 questions per page.

The Exit Message is a settable message that is displayed to the particpants who have completed your survey.
You can test drive your survey to see how your Exit Message will dispay to your participants.

The Export Raw Data to Excel functionality allows you to export the data collected from your survey to a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet. You can
download your survey data from AlphaMeasure and the import the data into the data analysis program of your choice. Some expertise using Excel or
a compatible data analysis application is needed to work with the raw data exported from your survey.

The Invite Message is a settable message that is included in the survey invitations sent to your staff.

The Logo Upload Utility is a web based tool that allows you to upload a logo to be displayed in your survey.
The images uploaded must be in .gif or .jpg file format and should not be wider than 700 pixels.

| Randomize Competency Questions | |

If Randomize Competency Questions is set to yes, it means each participant taking your survey will see the core competency questions in a different order.
Since participants are commonly more focused in the beginning of a survey, using this feature better ensures each one of your core competency questions gets equal attention.

Setting the Reporting Threshold decides at what point real time reporting becomes available to an active survey. Real time reporting does not become available for an active survey until a set percentage of participants have responded.
This setting is designed to protect the anonymity of employees in surveys with few total participants.

Setting the Minimum Responses decides how many employees must have responded to a report filter in order for the report to be generated.
This setting is designed to protect the anonymity of employees.

If Require Answers is set to yes, AlphaMeasure will require your employees to answer every question included in your survey before. Employees are welcome to skip a
question while taking the survey, but they will be required to revisit any skipped questions and provide an answer before their survey can be completed.

This optional settings allows you to provide a contact email address to the employees taking your survey. The email provided will be included in any survey invitations sent and also available in the information section of your survey.
If you choose not to supply this information, a survey contact email will not be included in your survey.

Setting the Survey Duration decides the length and end date of your survey. AlphaMeasure will ensure your survey always ends on a business day.
The maxium setting for Survey Duration is 1 month because it is important to respond to employees in a timely manner once your survey has been launched.
