	The AlphaMeasure Employee Survey System is a web-based survey system that allows you to design and launch customized employee surveys tailored to the needs of your organization.

2.	What are AlphaMeasure’s employee survey core competencies and what role do they play in the AlphaMeasure Employee Survey System?
	Each core competency includes a set of five questions designed to measure a specific organizational topic. There are 16 core competencies selectable in AlphaMeasure Employee Survey System. The survey can be customized by selecting competencies most relevant to your business. Each package level allows a different number of core competencies to be selected.

	Yes! AlphaMeasure allows you to add customized questions. These custom questions will help you gain insight to the specific successes and challenges facing your unique organization.

	To provide a well-rounded survey, each package level includes a set of standard base questions. These base questions ensure that every survey launched provides a wide-focus report on vital employee topics, while the selectable core competencies and custom questions allow you to explore areas of specific interest.

5.	Do all my employees need web access?
	Since AlphaMeasure delivers your employee survey via the web, all survey participants must have online access to respond. If a portion of your staff does not have web access, we recommend scheduling these staff members to take the survey on a shared computer or printing out the survey you design.

6.	Is my survey anonymous?
	Absolutely! AlphaMeasure was designed to ensure the privacy and anonymity of survey participants. In order for honest and open communication to occur between management and staff, participants must be ensured that their identity will be protected. An anonymous AlphaMeasure access key is generated for each survey participant. These anonymous access keys are then used by your employees to access AlphaMeasure and respond to your customized survey.

7.	Are filtered (cross-tabulated) reports available?
	Yes, cross-tabulated reports are provided at the Advanced and Premium package levels. Both the Advanced and Premium packages offer cross-tabulated reports by demographics or division/department. If your organization has special reporting needs, those can be generated for an additional charge.

8.	I don't know very much about html, databases or JavaScript. Can I still use AlphaMeasure to design my web based employee survey?
	Certainly. You do not need web development skills to use AlphaMeasure. If you’re familiar with surfing the web, you can design and launch an employee survey using AlphaMeasure.

9.	Does AlphaMeasure run as a java applet or is additional software required?
	No. AlphaMeasure does not run as a Java applet and no additional software is required. This means no downloads or installations. The only software needed is a standard web browser. Survey participants with slower connections will not be forced into the time-consuming process of installing additional software and no assistance is needed from your IT department to launch AlphaMeasure.

10.	What about security?
	AlphaMeasure is completely secure. Your survey and organizational data is protected. The website and databases are locked down and all vital data communications with the AlphaMeasure servers are encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL). All AlphaMeasure servers operate safely behind the firewalls of our datacenter.

11.	What about privacy?
	All the survey data collected is confidential and owned by you. AlphaMeasure never sells or provides your data to anyone, and never uses it internally or externally for any purpose whatsoever.

12.	How many questions are displayed per page on our employee survey?
	AlphaMeasure provides the flexibility to set the number of questions that are displayed per page. You can choose to display your questions by one-, five-, 10-, or 20-question increments or display all the questions on a single page.

13.	Can I get my results into a PowerPoint presentation?
	It is possible to create PowerPoint presentations from the results AlphaMeasure provides. If you would like us to integrate your results into PowerPoint, this can be done for an additional charge.

	It is possible to create an Access database from the raw survey data AlphaMeasure provides. If you would like us to export your survey data into an Access database, this can be done for an additional charge.
