AlphaMeasure’s professionals designed this powerful survey technology around 16 organizational topics, or core competencies, from which you can custom-select to create a comprehensive employee survey that will elicit powerful feedback from your staff.

Each core competency you select adds five questions to your survey that are specifically designed to probe that organizational topic, and a specialized report is generated for each competency. The number of core competencies you can choose from varies among the three survey package levels.
